The Association for Information Systems is pleased to welcome two new Student Chapters to the AIS community: Metro State University (Minnesota, USA) and the University of New South Wales (Sydney, Australia). Their addition highlights the continued growth of the AIS Student Chapter program and the strong interest among undergraduate students in connecting with the global information systems community.
AIS Student Chapters connect students to the broader IS community through local programming, professional development, research exposure, and meaningful networking. Chapters also help students build leadership skills while exploring academic and industry career paths. In-person and virtual competitions open to students from member chapters further strengthen real-world, applied skills.
We are excited to see what the students and faculty leaders at Metro State University and the University of New South Wales will bring to the program. Their participation adds to a diverse, international network of student scholars and future IS leaders.
