AIS has been the target of several spear phishing email attacks in recent days. Please be suspicious and very cautious when reviewing emails related to your leadership role(s) in the Association. Listed below are examples of fake spear phishing emails that we have been notified of in recent days;

  • emails with a single word "Request" in the subject field
  • emails requesting an urgent purchase of iTunes Gift Cards
  • emails requesting urgent vendor payment(s)
