Click Here The AIS Industry Advisory BoardThe AIS Industry Advisory Board (IAB) was established in early 2023 with the aim to establish a forum for a structured, regular conversation with globally leading IS professionals. The mission of the IAB is to ensure the Association for Information Systems is producing (research) and distributing (education, technology transfer) IS knowledge to the benefit of our global, regional and local economies and societies. The IAB is chaired by the AIS’ VP Strategic Engagement and meets (online) three times per year. All inquiries or communications regarding the Industry Advisory Board (IAB) should be directed to the IAB Chair through the form. Members of the Industry Advisory Board
Michael Rosemann
Chair of Industry Advisory Board Dr Michael Rosemann is the VP Strategic Engagement and in this role Chair of the Industry Advisory Board. He is a Professor for Information Systems and the Director of the Centre for Future Enterprise Systems at Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, Australia.
Dr Rüdiger Eichin
Head of Industry-University Collaboration, SAP Munich Rüdiger joined SAP in 2006 and previously worked at Arthur D. Little. He has a PhD from the University of Mannheim. He is a member of AIS, attended ICIS 2024, and is passionate about increasing AIS’ engagement models and value proposition.
Dhawal Jaggi
Partner and National AI Practice Lead, KPMG Australia Dhawal joined KPMG in 2022 and has worked at Accenture, IBM Global Services, and PwC. Dhawal has been instrumental in initiating and supporting a pilot project in which we are using KPMG’s generative AI solution KymChat for selected AIS conferences. He has also served on the AIS Impact Award.
Dr Carina Kemp
International Lead for Research, Amazon Web Services (AWS) Based in Canberra, Carina previously served as Director e-Research for AARNet and CIO for Geoscience Australia. She is based in Canberra and a trained Geophysicist with a PhD from the University of Sydney. Carina contributes important e-research capabilities to the Board and shares valuable experiences from other disciplines.
Dr Ravi Mahamuni
Head of Design Research, Tata Consultancy Services Ravi is a Design Thinker with over 29 years of experience in technology, design, research, and innovation. management. He is based in Pune, India and has a PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati. Ravi has deep experiences with the AIS as he attended two ICIS conferences, is a member of the AIS, was a co-chair of a practice track at ICIS 2023 and Industry Partnership Chair at ICIS 2024.
Dr Marko Nöhren
Industry Lead, Cloud and AI Delivery for Financial Services Germany, Google Marko has a PhD in Information Systems from the University of Mannheim and has also worked in utilities and for Accenture. Marko provides his valuable personal experiences as a former IS PhD student and explores with us the opportunities to create mutually valuable engagement models between global tech companies and the AIS overall.
Gérard Richter
Senior Partner and Co-Leader of Digital McKinsey Europe, McKinsey & Company Richter He previously worked among other for Roland Berger and Deutsche Bank. Gérard challenges the AIS to become more visible and to accelerate its pace of research to become a credible participant in global debates.
Ambe Tierro
Country Managing Director and Lead, Accenture Advanced Technology Centres With more than 35 years at Accenture, Ambe provides important regional expertise, AI literacy and personal experiences due to her role as an advisor to De la Salle University. |
