          ___ Vote: Review and adopt the Antitrust Policy and Harassment and Discrimination Policy

                    * These policies must be reviewed and adopted by the community executive board at the beginning of each fiscal year. The policies can be found in the Policies section of this website.

          ___ Share the adopted policies with the entire community by the end of July (Post on the community website, send mail or ad notice to community list serve and reference the website URL).

          ___ Provide finaincial records to the person(s) reviewing the financials by Jul 31 [Chapters].
