_____ Executive Committee: Schedule a planning meeting with the executive team for mid to late January. See January for Agenda items.

_____ Executive Committee: Determine who is responsible for drafting and submitting the annual report.

_____ Annual Report: Send email to officers and committe members/additional leaders to collect and submit the information needed for the AIS Annual Report. Submit to Secretary or President in January.

             -Possible content: ICIS presentation/research/meeting reviews. Review plan for the coming year and progress made to date on past initatives or your community's strategic plan.
