This form should be used to request an invitation letter to initiate request for travel visas. PLEASE NOTE: A visa letter can also be requested once registration opens . This will require completion of a different form and the link will be added to the registration site. You must be an active AIS member and your conference registration must be completed and paid in full before the letter will be prepared.
