Doctoral Consortium: Applications Open, May 8 Deadline Reminder for Submissions, and Explore Utah!

The AMCIS 2024 Doctoral Consortium is an interactive event in which students have the opportunity to network with and learn from mentors and their peers. The AMCIS 2024 Doctoral Consortium is a two-day event. All students (both the early stage and late stage tracks) will meet together and participate in interactive activities to challenge them to think about life as a new faculty member on Wednesday afternoon. On Thursday morning, the early stage and late stage students will participate in sessions for additional sessions in their respective tracks.

Regardless of their track, students attending the AMCIS 2024 Doctoral Consortium will:

  1. Have opportunities to network with peers and faculty
  2. Strategize about their research, teaching, and career plans
  3. Gain insights on how to prepare for the job market and life as a future faculty member
