AIS is excited to unveil new online eLibrary Office Hours!  New online Office Hours will provide opportunities to answer any questions members might have about using the AIS eLibrary. These hours can be used to assist members with all types of questions, including:

• Overcoming problems/challenges accessing content in AIS eLibrary
• Assisting members with synchronizing their AIS Member ID and their BePress Author ID
• Assisting SIGs/Chapters with depositing content in AIS eLibrary
• Assisting members with searching in AIS eLibrary
• Answering questions and advising journal editors-in-chief with changing or editing configuration settings of journals
• Assisting  authors to update email IDs or affiliations of papers in the AIS eLibrary
• Assisting authors with preparing/adding author videos in the AIS eLibrary
• Researching eLibrary metrics
