Association for Information Systems (AIS) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit academic association that is a self-funded sponsor program with Georgia State University (GSU). The AIS mission is to serve society through the advancement of knowledge and the promotion of excellence in the practice and study of information systems. The AIS & Bocconi - PhD Student Travel Grants program will grant up to three travel related stipends per year to Ph.D. students enrolled in IS Doctoral Programs (preferably from developing countries) to help cover their cost of traveling to attend AIS Conferences (e.g. ICIS, AMCIS, ECIS, PACIS or AIS Chapter Conferences). The expenses can include transportation to / from the conference including airfare, taxi, hotel accommodations, meals, etc. The expenses may not include tuition, registration costs, membership fees, etc.

All AIS & Bocconi - PhD Student Travel Grants contributions will be strictly designated within AIS and prohibited for use for any other purpose(s).
