We’re making  improvements to AIS’s website and member systems to make everyday interactions simpler, faster, and more intuitive based directly on member feedback..

What’s improving

• A refreshed aisnet.org with clearer navigation and easier access to what you use most
• A new member portal experience, making it easier to: 
  • Log in and manage your profile
  • Register for meetings
  • Manage dues and transactions
  • Find and engage with your AIS communities
  • More flexible sign in options, including Google and other social accounts

• AMCIS and ICIS Conference App

Timing

We’re planning the transition by the end of April 2026. 

You’ll receive advance notice of the exact go live date so you know what to expect.

A Brief Transition Period
To ensure a clean and secure migration, there will be a one week blackout period while we move to the new database and content management system.

• Your member history and transaction history will carry over automatically
• Transaction history will transfer at a summary level

Before the transition:
If you need invoice level transaction detail, please download your records in advance by logging into aisnet.org.

What to expect at go live
When the new system is live, you’ll receive an email with:

• Login instructions
• What’s new
• What (if anything) you need to do

We recommend taking a few minutes to log in and review or update your profile once you’re in.
