PhD Candidate
Kennesaw State University
I am a Ph.D. candidate in Information Systems at Kennesaw State University with over two decade  of industry experience leading large-scale SAP and digital transformation initiatives across global enterprises. My research focuses on AI-based Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and hyperautomation through a socio-technical and design science lens, exploring how intelligent systems enhance employee performance, satisfaction, and organizational decision-making.

My scholarly contributions include publications in B-ranked journals and presentations at premier venues such as AMCIS, HICSS, WISP, INFORMS, and ICIS. Beyond research, I am actively engaged in the AIS community, serving as a Region 1 Committee Member for the AIS Doctoral Student College (DSC). I helped co-organize the 2025 DSC webinar, “Crafting Tomorrow’s Top Journals: Insights from Editors-in-Chief,” which supported nearly 500 doctoral students worldwide. I am passionate about community building, mentorship, and elevating the doctoral student experience through communication, engagement, and service.
1. Why did you originally join AIS, and what has kept you involved?
I originally joined AIS to connect with a global community of scholars who share a passion for understanding technology’s role in shaping organizations and society. As a doctoral student (DSC) transitioning from nearly two decades of industry experience, AIS has given me opportunities to conduct DSC Region 1 Committee, organizing large-scale student-focused events, and engaging with peers through communication and service has been deeply fulfilling. My continued involvement is driven by the desire to help other DSC feel supported, connected, and inspired, just as AIS has supported me.
2. What's a recent professional accomplishment you're proud of?

Recently my research paper was accepted into three major ICIS events: the Pre-ICIS Symposium, Paperthon, and the TREO track. It has been an exciting milestone in my academic journey and a great validation of my research in AI and information systems.

3. What's the best career advice you've ever received?
I have always been someone who pushed life to the edge, but lately I’ve realized that this season calls for quality over quantity. It’s a time to slow down, avoid unnecessary risks, and protect my energy. Right now, my focus is clear: finish my PhD and successfully defend my dissertation.
4. What's a hidden talent, interesting hobby, or fun fact you'd like to share about yourself?

- Rode 100K bike ride, few years ago
