ICIS Intent to Bid

Purpose

This form is intended for those in the IS community who are interested in bidding to host a future International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS.) We are currently accepting bids for ICIS 2030 in Region 1: Americas. Interested bidders may:

Identify a preferred city or location for the conference
Have the AIS Office provide suggestions on viable city/venue options within Region 1

Bidding will be open until February 28, 2026. Lise Fitzpatrick, AIS COO, will confirm receipt of your intent to bid and communicate next steps.

Please DO NOT contact any hotel or convention & visitors bureau about your interest in bidding. AIS staff will handle initial communication with hotel/city/venue contacts. Once AIS staff completes initial research on the bidding location, Lise Fitzpatrick will be in touch with the results of the research and next steps.
