This form should be used to request a letter for travel Visas. Please Note: You must be an a member of an active AIS Student Chapter and your conference registration must be complete and paid in full before the letter will be prepared. If the requested Visa is not granted, you must notify the AIS staff (studentchapters@aisnet.org) prior to the conference to request a full refund.
