The 2025 AIS Council Elections are complete and they garnered one of the largest vote tallies in AIS history. Thank you to everyone who voted and congratulations to all nominees and the winners. The elections do require an extensive amount of planning and coordination each year. We thank the members of the AIS Nominating Committee, which was chaired this year by AIS President-Elect Dorothy Leidner, and members Nancy Pouloudi (Immediate Past President, R3), Elena Karahanna (R1), Claudia Loebbecke (R2), Dov Te’eni (R2), Jack Jiang (R3) and Damien Joseph (R3). Special thanks are extended to AIS Council Secretary Sabine Matook and the AIS Administration Director Aretha Wright for their efforts in the preparation and oversight of the elections. Thank you for your willingness to run for an elected position and thank you for your commitment towards improving and moving the AIS community forward.
