AIS Announces 2023-2024 Outstanding Student Chapter Awards

AIS is excited to announce the recipients of the 2023-2024 Student Chapter Awards, recognizing outstanding achievement among student chapters of the association. Temple University has been named the AIS Student Chapter of the Year. This is the highest award given to a student chapter that has demonstrated an exceptional, well-rounded, and organized program. University of Alabama was named Distinguished Student Chapter by the association for excelling in professional development, membership, careers in IS, community service, fundraising and communications. The Outstanding Student Chapter Award is given to chapters who have shown excellence in at least three areas of chapter activities. The 2023-2024 Outstanding Student Chapter was Arizona State University. Southern Illinois University Edwardsville was named New Chapter of the Year. Additional individual awards included: Outstanding Professional Development: Brigham Young University Outstanding Membership Activities: Duquesne University Outstanding Careers in Information Systems: Roger Williams University Outstanding Community Service: Brigham Young University Outstanding Fiscal Responsibility: University of Florida Outstanding Communications: East Carolina University; University of Texas at Dallas Outstanding Faculty Advisor of the Year: Laura Cutler, Brigham Young University Congratulations to all recipients!
