SIG IS/IT Issues in Asia Pacific: Connecting Global Researchers to Explore IS/IT Challenges in the Asia-Pacific Region The Special Interest Group on IS/IT Issues in Asia Pacific (SIG ISAP) provides a dedicated platform for researchers and practitioners worldwide who are focused on exploring IS/IT challenges in the Asia-Pacific region. Established in 2004, SIG ISAP has built a robust community that fosters collaboration, research, and knowledge-sharing on unique IS/IT issues. SIG ISAP has organized influential international conferences and workshops that bring together experts from across the globe. The annual Workshop on Information Systems in Asia Pacific (ISAP), recently hosted at the Pacific Asia Conference on Information Systems (PACIS) 2024, highlighted a diverse range of topics, from AI-driven safety monitoring to digital transformation in chronic disease care.
