			 The Association for Information Systems honored leaders in the field of information systems during the 2023 International Conference on Information Systems in Hyderabad, India. Honored scholars and students have demonstrated exemplary efforts to educate, research, and serve the field through continued engagement and contribution. The AIS Leadership Excellence Award is given annually to a single person for leadership and innovation in the use and development of information systems. Dr. Bhaskar Ghosh is the recipient of the 2023 AIS Leadership Excellence Award. Dr. Ghosh, who has demonstrated exemplary leadership and innovation in the use and development of information systems, was one of the keynote speakers in Hyderabad. The AIS LEO Award for Lifetime Exceptional Achievement in information systems, named after one of the world’s first commercial applications of computing (The Lyons Electronic Office), recognizes truly outstanding individuals in the information systems community, both academics and practitioners, who have made exceptional contributions to research in and/or the practice of information systems. The 2023 AIS LEO Award winners are:  Soon AngChrisanthi AvgerouYolande Chan F.  The AIS Fellow Award recognizes individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the information systems discipline in terms of research, teaching, and service. The 2023 AIS Fellows are:  Ravi Bapna Michael Barrett Wai Fong Boh Traci Carte Ola Henfridsson James Jiang Shaila Miranda Sunil Mithas Emma Vaast Merrill Warkentin Han Zhang 
 The AIS Leadership Team Recognition Award is special recognition for an elected council member’s dedication to the mission of the association. This award was conferred upon Eleanor Loiacono and Alex Barsi Lopes for exceptional strategic contributions made while serving as AIS AVP of DEI and AVP of Student Chapters respectively.  The AIS Doctoral Student Service Award recognizes volunteer contributions made by doctoral students toward the success of AIS conferences, journals, and programs. The 2023 AIS Doctoral Student Service Award winners are: Jenny Elo Lucia Castro Herrera Quanchen Liu Harsh Parekh Saima Qutab Laura Watkowski 
 The Sandra Slaughter Service Award recognizes longstanding members who have provided leadership within the Association, particularly through such activities as participating in the SIGs/chapters/colleges, strengthening the conferences, and participating in AIS-sponsored journals.  The AIS Early Career Award recognizes individuals in the early stages of their careers who have already made outstanding research, teaching, and/or service contributions to the field of information systems. The 2023 AIS Early Career Award winners are:  Carolina Alves de Lima Salge Yue Katherine Feng Dongwon Lee Chen Liang Warut Khern-am-nuai Jingchuan Pu Van-Hau Trieu Melody Zou 
 The AIS Mid-Career Award recognizes individuals in the middle stages of their careers who have already made outstanding research, teaching, and/or service contributions to the field of information systems. The 2023 AIS Mid-Career Award winners are: Panagiotis Adamopoulos Abayomi Baiyere John Dong J.J. Po-An Hsieh Silvia Masiero Ling Xue 
 The AIS Outreach Practice Publication Award recognize members who successfully transfer research to practitioner audiences in practice-based publications. The 2023 Outreach Practice Publication Award was awarded to Mareike Mohlmann and Barbara Wixom. The AIS Impact Award recognizes information systems research with widespread impact on practice in business and society. The key criteria are breadth of use in practice as well as relevance to information systems research. The assessment of the quality of the work is considered secondary to the degree to which it has been widely adopted. The 2023 AIS Impact Award Winners are: Jørn Anders BraaKristin BraaYan Li

 The AIS Technology ATLAS Award is given to those individuals who have made the most significant contributions toward the intellectual infrastructure of the association. The ATLAS stands for the AIS Technology Legacy Award and recognizes those who have, through their lifetime, served the community in a significant way. Ronald Freeze is the recipient of the 2023 AIS Technology ATLAS Award. The AIS Award for Innovation in Teaching recognizes innovation in teaching approaches/techniques (pedagogy) as well as in delivering courses and programs. This award specifically focuses on the uniqueness/innovativeness that increases student interest and drives achievement. The 2023 AIS Award for Innovation in Teaching award winners are Tilo Böhmann and Kai R. Larsen.  The AIS Education for Best Conference Paper in IS Education award recognizes the importance of pedagogy research in the Information Systems field.  The Senior Scholars have annually recognized up to five papers with a Best Information Systems (IS) Publications Award.  The Ting-Peng Liang PACIS Young Scholar Award was established in 2021 in memory of Professor Ting-Peng Liang who founded PACIS and PAJAIS, served AIS President, and received AIS Fellow and LEO Award. This award recognizes the outstanding young scholar who contributed a best paper at PACIS each year. The 2023 TP Liang PACIS Young Scholar Award winner is Shiyi Wang. ICIS 2023 also featured awards for numerous excellent papers.
