2022 JISE Best Paper Awards: Exceptional Contributions in Information Systems Education Recognized

Dr. Xihui "Paul" Zhang, the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Information Systems Education (JISE), just announced the JISE Best Paper Award winners for 2022. The Best Paper award goes to "Teaching Tip: Scrum Boot Camp: Introducing Students to Agile System Development" by Dmytro Babik. The winner of the Best Paper Finalist award is "Contents and Skills of Data Mining Courses in Analytics Programs" by Zinovy Radovilsky and Vishwanath Hegde. The winner of the Best Paper Honorable Mention award is "Teaching Tip: Socio-Cultural Learning to Increase Student Engagement in Introduction to MIS" by Amy J. Connolly, Leigh A. Mutchler, and Daniel E. Rush.

There were 15 uniquely nominated papers, and these three received the highest ratings by the Senior Editors and Associate Editors. All winning authors will receive a plaque, and the winning paper will receive one free ISCAP Conference registration.
