ICIS 2022 Keynote Speaker Announced

The International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS) 2022 Conference Committee is just a few months away and we are pleased to welcome Executive Vice-President for the European Commission, Margrethe Vestager, as the keynote speaker.

Ms. Vestager has been named as one of the World’s Top 50 Women in Tech (2018) and Europe’s Top 50 Women in Tech (2018) by Forbes. In July 2022, two regulations developed in part by Ms. Vestager, the Digital Services Act and Digital Markets Act, were adopted by European Parliament.

Registration for ICIS 2022 will open next week. This year’s ICIS in Copenhagen will bring bright minds of our community together to engage in forward-thinking discussions on how to best contribute to research, business, and society. Attendees will be able to participate in paper sessions, PDWs, Panels, TREO Talks, the Paper-a-Thon, the Doctoral Student Corner, and much more. During the conference, attendees will have direct access to conference paper proceedings in the eLibrary.
