Register Now for ECIS 2022!

Registration for ECIS 2022 is now available online at https://ecis2022.eu/ with early registration rates available until April 30, 2022. ECIS will focus on New Horizons in Digitally United Societies. Digitization in united societies is about bringing people together, having a better life and a bright future. Together we can build societies collectively inclusive, innovative, and able to adapt to the massive societal challenges of the 21st century.

In addition to paper sessions, a doctoral consortium, paper development workshops and more, ECIS will also feature a keynote address by Nancy Pouloudi, recently elected AIS President. Her research focuses on organizational and social issues in IS adoption and implementation. Her recent work studies user post-adoption behavior and the impact of cloud computing and the pandemic in the work and personal contexts of IS use. She has worked in a number of European Union funded projects on e-business, e-government, digital health and e-society, and is currently studying children’s digital maturity and gender equality in business schools.

ECIS 2022 will bring together information systems (IS) researchers in East and West, being only the second time the conference has been held in Eastern Europe. Timișoara, Romania, plays host to the conference and a variety of hotels are available for attendees at https://ecis2022.eu/accommodation/.
