			 Thanks to all AIS members for participating in the 2022 AIS Council Elections. The AIS Secretary and Leadership Team are pleased to announce the following candidates, who have been elected and will take office on September 1, 2022:   Nancy Pouloudi, Athens University of Economics and Business (Greece), has been elected to the position of President-Elect. Pouloudi heads the Department of Management Science and Technology at the Athens University of Economics and Business. Her research focuses on organizational and social issues in IS adoption and implementation. She was Region 2 Representative on the AIS Council (2010-2013) and regularly serves on the AIS Region 2 Board and the Executive Committee of the Mediterranean Conference on IS. Pouloudi serves on the Editorial Boards of the 
        Journal of the Association for Information Systems, Information & Management, IT for Development, Health Policy & Technology, and the International Journal of Society, Information, Communication and Ethics
            . She is the recipient of the AIS Sandra Slaughter Service Award and co-founder of the ECIS women’s networking event.
       Chee-Wee Tan has been elected Vice President of Publications. Tan serves as Professor at the Department of Digitalization in Copenhagen Business School (CBS) (Denmark) where his research covers design and innovation issues related to digital services. He is a Senior Editor for 
        MIS Quarterly, and has served or is currently serving on the editorial boards of various journals, including AIS Transactions on Human-Computer Interaction (THCI), Industrial Management & Data Systems (IMDS), IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management (IEEE-TEM), Information & Management (I&M), 
            and Journal for the Association of Information Systems (JAIS). Tan has served in a variety of AIS volunteer roles including previous Workshop Chair for WITS 2022, Program Chair Pre-ICIS Workshops, and Track Chair at ICIS, ECIS, and AMCIS.   Isabel Ramos has been elected Vice President of Membership. Ramos is an Associate Professor in the Department of Information Systems, University of Minho (Portugal). Her teaching and researching interests include areas of Information Systems and Technology, focusing in particular on the adoption and use of technologies for knowledge and innovation management. She has served as the ECIS 2017 Program Chair, and has been regularly involved as Associate Editor for several editions of ECIS and ICIS, and will again become the ECIS2023 program chair. Ramos was also instrumental in establishing the Portuguese Chapter of the AIS and became its President for several years.   Guillermo Rodríguez-Abitia has been elected Vice President of Conferences. Rodríguez-Abitia is a Clinical Associate Professor at the Raymond A. Mason School of Business at William & Mary (USA). He has held multiple board memberships in academic and professional associations, including at the AIS Council as Vice President for Region 1 and Vice President for AMCIS. Rodríguez-Abitia research interests include topics related to innovation and digital transformation, IT and education, and cross-cultural issues of IT. He is the recipient of the AIS Sandra Slaughter Service Award. Rodríguez-Abitia is a founder of the Latin American and Caribbean Journal of the AIS (RELCASI) and has served and serves as Editorial Board Member for the 
                Database for Advances in Information Systems (ACM), Communications of the AIS, and the Electronic Journal of Information Systems in Developing Countries.   Juan (Jane) Feng has been elected Vice President of Region 3. She is the Hon Hai Chair Professor in the School of Economics and Management, and Professor in Shenzhen International Graduate School, Tsinghua University (China). Feng has worked on research in the field of Economics of Information Systems, including online reviews and user-generated content; blockchain and data ownership/data governance; search advertising, IT pricing, and other IT related business or societal issues. She currently serves as a Senior Editor for 
                Information Systems Research, Production and Operations Management, Electronic Commerce Research & Applications and at the editorial board of International Journal of Electronic Commerce
                    . She has served multiple times as a track chair, and serves as a mentor for the Doctoral Consortiums at both ICIS and PACIS.
