Even during these uncertain times, AIS remains focused on its mission to advance the knowledge and promotion of excellence in the study of information systems. ECIS 2020, PACIS 2020, and AMCIS 2020 are joining together to ensure the success of that mission. Each of these three conferences offers its own unique networking and research sharing opportunities while playing host to a variety of keynote speakers. ECIS 2020 is proud to have Professor Lucas D. Introna from the Centre for the Study of Technology and Organisation at Lancaster University, as its keynote speaker. Introna’s keynote is titled "In the Age of the Correlation Machine: Digital governance and governing the digital." PACIS 2020 is excited to host keynote speaker Elena Karahanna, Distinguished Research Professor and the L. Edmund Rast Professor of Business in the MIS Department, Terry College of Business, University of Georgia. Her keynote will cover "Rethinking IS Research in the Pandemic and Post-Pandemic Era." Registration is free to all doctoral student members! Registration is also free to all members from Low, Medium, and High Human Development countries (see here). Academic, professional, retired and institutional AIS members from Very High Human Development countries will pay a $50 USD registration fee for the package which includes all three conferences. The conferences will be held online and offer both live synchronous sessions and always available asynchronous sessions. The live sessions will be held in a range of times that fit the time zone of the host region. Please check the conference websites for the latest schedule.
