Information about Invoicing

Please read the instructions for universities on the Universities page first, then read these frequently asked questions.

Is it necessary to register on-line?

Yes, on-line registration is required. If you prefer not to give your credit card information on-line, you may FAX a copy of your confirmation notice along with your credit card (Visa or MC only) details to +1 (404) 651-4938 AFTER you have submitted the on-line form.

When will the position be posted?

If you FAX a copy of a purchase order to +1 (404) 651-4938 Attn: Placement, your site will be posted within four working days. Please make sure the university name on the fax is written exactly as the name you entered on the on-line registration sign-up form. Please note, copies of checks will not be activated.

Where will the invoice be mailed?

If you request an invoice on the placement registration page, an invoice will be posted in the next day's mail to the contact person listed on your registration. Once the contact person receives the invoice, it is his or her responsibility to forward that invoice to the correct department for payment.

What is your Tax ID number?

The Association for Information Systems' Federal Tax ID# is 36-3471141.

Where do I send the check?

The mailing address is: Association for Information Systems, P.O. Box 2712, Atlanta, Georgia, USA 30301-2712. Please clearly identify the university and department name with the payment.

I received the invoice; why did you send an additional statement?

It has been more than 60 days since receipt of the placement registration and no payment has been received.
