Thank you for your interest in AIS. Whether you are a current member or a prospective member seeking information about AIS, we are here to serve you. On the Contact Us page you will find links to the staff members who handle various components of the association. When you contact any of us, we will be pleased to assist you.
Not certain who to contact about your question, comment or issue? Then simply contact AIS OneStop, which is your single point of contact for anything related to AIS.
Whenever you contact us, here is what you can expect from the AIS team:
- Timely acknowledgement of your inquiry. Our goal is to reply to you within the same business day we receive your query, but no more than two business days.
- Specific target date for completion of the request. If we can't answer your inquiry within the first response, we will give you a date when you can expect a follow-up.
- Referral to other resources. We work on a collaborative basis with many volunteers within AIS including the Council, conference committees, editors and others. If we don't have the answer we will refer you to someone who does.
- Ask you how we did. Once we have responded to your request, we will refer you to a link where you can rate the level of our service. We will always work to achieve your highest level of satisfaction; however, if we fall short, we want to know so we can re-double our efforts in the future.
